The running of the Network is aided by a variety of subcommittees. These subcommittees are formed at the request of the Board to address a variety of issues. They meet on a regular basis and report to the Board. The Network also has GP representatives on a variety of health committees on the Mornington Peninsula.

This Committee is tasked by the board to undertake regular review of the Networks budget, finances and compliance with regulations and report back to each Board meeting.
Recruitment and Remuneration

This committee meets annually to review the CEO performance and recommend ongoing remuneration. It would also undertake recruitment action in relation to the CEO role should it be required.

The Executive Liaison Advisory Group meets on a monthly basis with other health organizations and individuals to increase collaboration and improve integration of health service delivery.
