Kath Ferry is PGPN's new CEO. Kath has a very sound background within the network movement. She has been the CEO of the Bayside GP Network since 2006, and has been successful with initiating many new and exciting initiatives. She is an OT by training and has a strong clinical background.

Leisl Jackson provides support and guidance to all the program and project staff related to quality & integrated service provision.

Mental Health
Nici Lhuede coordinates and supports the delivery of the PGPN mental health programs, including the Access to Allied Health Services Project. (ATAPS), the ATAPS Suicide Prevention and Perinatal Depression Projects, and coordinates key mental health education and professional development activities. She is the Networks representative at Peninsula headspace.

Dr Helen Jarvis is a Psychologist involved in the Access to Allied Services Project.. This project provides support to General Practitioners registered under the Better Outcomes in Mental Health Initiative. They are able to refer their low income patients to Helen for short-term counselling.

Suzanne Heppell provides support to the mental health program in the areas of the Mental Health Nurse Incentive Program and organising/coordinating the mental health education for general practitioners and practice staff.

Neil Shaw is a credentialed Mental Health Nurse who specializes in Child and Adolescent assessment and treatment. He is able to offer a no cost and ongoing service to families via the Mental Health Nurse Incentive Program. He works at sites in Frankston, Mt Eliza and Rosebud.

Linda Biddle is a credentialed Mental Health Nurse and Family Therapist. Linda provides transitional psychological support to new residents and their families in residential aged care facilities.

Shareen Pearson works 3 days per week within the busy Mental Health Program coordinating referrals under ATAPS and supporting staff in thier work. Shareen is also the happy voice and personality that greets callers and visitors to the GP Network. Shareen provides administrative support to the program staff.

Primary Health Care Organisation/Linkages Officer
Dr Helen Reiter is undertaking a linkages project, building on work previously completed with the ABHI project to further strengthen the role of general practice engagement with PCP's existing primary and community care services both a public and private level.

Practice Support
Naomi Winter is a registered nurse who provides practice support. The Network’s practice support program aims to build the capacity of the general practices to meet emerging population health needs; supports cultural change within the practice; and supports the use of educational resources and best practice clinical guidelines.

Practice Support
Jackie Bange provides practice support in the areas of practice accreditation, chronic disease management - heart disease, pap smears and the practice managers network. Jackie is also part of the Collaboratives team.

Workforce & CPD
Cleeve Charles is responsible for Workforce issues- assisting GPs and practice staff with recruitment and offering support to GPs, registrars and medical students with the view to increasing the number of GPs in the Network area. The CPD program provides evidence based education for GPs under the standards of an accredited RACGP provider.

NPS-Better choices, Better health
Jane Spence is a pharmacist who works as a NPS facilitator. The NPS Service aims to assist general practitioner prescribing by providing quality evidence based pharmaceutical advice. Her NPS program consists of one to one educational visits with local general practitioners.

Indigenous Health
Steve Delaney is the local indigenous health officer at the Peninsula GP Network. Steve is well known in the local indigenous community and is passionate about improving the health status of his fellow kin.

Kylie Johnson is one of the Program Officers for ‘Close the Gap’, a Government initiative which ultimately aims to reduce the disparity in life expectancy between Indigenous Australians and Australians. Her role involves facilitating the Australian Primary Care Collaboratives Close the Gap Program (Local Wave) and engaging Network GPs/Practice Staff to work toward the achievement of improved health outcomes for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Program Admin Officer
Rose Burns has considerable skills in database programming and maintains the GP Network Information System database. She also provides a supportive role in the Immunisation, Diabetes and Mental Health Programs and is responsible for creating the Practice Health Atlas's for practices.

Administrative Officer/Events Coordinator
Sally Guthrie provides administrative support to the management of the network. Sally assists other staff with administrative duties, quality improvement activities and event organisation. Sally also assists the CPD Subcommittee and in production of the news letter.

Bookkeeper/Finance
Fiona Clark provides book keeping services for the network. She is responsible for the provision of regular financial reports to management.
